Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Tarmua, Yobe State. On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Six days a week, one day off.
