Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Whatcom County, Washington. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Day-to-day duties: • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
