Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
