Baker wanted in McLean County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in McLean County, Illinois. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
