Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Ife North, Osun State. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
