Vacancy available: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. You will work in the fettling and dressing shop. On the job you will handle: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Six days a week, one day off. ₹37,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
