Immediate opening: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Chester County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. Ideal candidate: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Your main tasks: • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse 3+ years on the tools preferred.
