Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Lamar County, Texas. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
