Tandoor cook wanted in DeKalb County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in DeKalb County, Georgia. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
