Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
