Canteen cook — Broward County

Join our team: we are hiring a canteen cook in Broward County, Florida. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Full-time, day shift. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
