Short order cook — Morris County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Morris County, Texas. The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time with occasional weekends.
