Pastry baker wanted in Ukum

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Ukum, Benue State. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel 1+ years on the tools preferred.
