Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Miga, Jigawa State. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat 4+ years on the tools preferred.
