Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Olamaboro, Kogi State. What we are looking for: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather The role involves establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; guide loads through tight openings into their final position.
