Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Taura, Jigawa State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day to day you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
