Tandoor cook — Olamaboro

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Olamaboro, Kogi State. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Full-time, day shift. We offer ₦120,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
