Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Jasper County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
