Immediate opening: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh. You should bring 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites; sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing. Your main tasks: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
