Great opportunity: we are hiring a horticulturist in Lamar County, Alabama. You should have: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Day-to-day duties: • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
