On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
