Now hiring: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Devon, England. You should have: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • A good head for heights for tower crane work Day-to-day duties: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift Pay around £2,950 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
