Powder coating line operator • Offa, Kwara State

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Offa, Kwara State. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Part-time with flexible hours.
