Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Brown County, Texas. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
