Day-to-day duties: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale 4+ years on the tools preferred.
