Bakery assistant — Irewole

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Irewole, Osun State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time, day shift.
