You should have: • Clean driving record • Basic reading to match addresses correctly • Smartphone with internet for the delivery app Day-to-day duties: • Load and strap the parcels securely in the delivery box • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Keep the cold bag at temperature for food orders • Take the customer's OTP or signature at handover • Plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time • Collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt Part-time with flexible hours.
