Catering cook — Irion County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Irion County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
