Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Malumfashi, Katsina State. Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics We offer ₦170,000 per month plus benefits.
