Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
