Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Monroe County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
