Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Tinsukia, Assam. On the job you will handle: • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes Ideally you have familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems; comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain.
