The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Full-time with occasional weekends.
