The role involves collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots. Requirements: • Clean riding record with no major traffic violations • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash Part-time with flexible hours.
