Immediate opening: we are hiring a head butcher in Ezinihitte, Imo State. Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Rotating shifts.
