The role involves check back during the meal and handle special requests; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; clear and reset tables between covers; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Six days a week, one day off.
