Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Merrick County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Rotating shifts.
