Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Pope County, Minnesota. You will work at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time, day shift.
