Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in Kendall County, Texas. You will work in a supermarket meat department. On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
