Glass fitter — Garki

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a glass fitter in Garki, Jigawa State. You will be based at a glass and aluminium factory. Requirements: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes Your main tasks: • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers Rotating shifts.
