We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Udu, Delta State. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₦165,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
