Great opportunity: counter butcher (Wales)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Conwy, Wales. The job is at a wholesale meat market. Your main tasks: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. £2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
