Vacancy available: we are hiring a waitress in Dubuque County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel The role involves: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar 6+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
