Press operator — Morrow County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press operator in Morrow County, Oregon. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg You will run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
