We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Thoubal, Manipur. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. We offer ₹18,000 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
