Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
