We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Nasarawa, Nasarawa State. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Pay around ₦8,000 per day, based on your experience.
