Turning centre operator wanted in Uintah County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Uintah County, Utah. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Load and index turning tools in the turret Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
