Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Oredo, Edo. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
