Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Hamilton County, Texas. You will be based at a halal meat counter. The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
